Back pain: symptoms, treatment, prevention

Most people have had back pain at least once. The pain usually occurs in the lower back. The causes can also be the consequences of the most common colds and serious injuries.

Once the diagnosis has been made, the following treatment measures should be taken:

Helps relieve back pain and folk remedies:

  1. Grate the horseradish and mix with sour cream. Place the resulting mass on the lower back, cover with a napkin and tie the top with a woolen scarf or shawl.
  2. Use St. John’s wort, thyme, black elderberry and chamomile. A compressed hot compress of these herbs warms your back well when cooled. The procedure is best done at night.
  3. The burdock leaves are distinguished by its healing effect. Dry them beforehand, then pour boiling water and apply for an hour to the sore spot.
  4. Horse chestnuts are widely used. Grind the dried flowers thoroughly into a powder, take ghee and camphor oil, mix the ingredients in equal proportions. Spread the mixture on a piece of brown bread and apply to the sore spot.
  5. Compressions based on garlic infusion are used. Mix with lemon juice. Soak a cotton swab in this mixture and apply to the sore spot for twenty minutes.

Prevention

The best way to prevent back pain is through a variety of physical exercises. It is also necessary to monitor the correct posture while walking and sitting. Weightlifting is contraindicated not only for women but also for men.
